Business contacts only
We contact businesses in the hospitality trade: hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, developers and contractors. We do not market to consumers.

Honest and identifiable
Every message is sent from a real mailbox in the name of a real person at AS Mono Supplies Ltd, with our company name and contact details in the signature. We do not disguise who we are or use misleading subject lines.

Short, relevant outreach
We send a short introductory sequence about products that fit the recipient's business, and we do not keep writing to people who tell us they are not interested.

Your request is respected
If you ask us to stop, we stop. We act on every opt-out request promptly and do not contact that person or address again.
The Policy
AS Mono Supplies Ltd does not send bulk unsolicited email and does not permit anyone else to. We contact a business only where we believe our hotel supplies and FF&E services are relevant to it, and we contact it individually, from our own domains, in our own name.
Our outreach is directed at business email addresses taken from publicly available business sources. How we handle those contact details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Reply to any email from us with a request to stop, or write to anastasios@monosupplies.com with the address you want removed. You do not need to give a reason.
We will stop contacting that address promptly and keep a record of the request, so that it is not contacted again.
We do not authorise any affiliate, agent, reseller or other third party to send unsolicited email that advertises monosupplies.com or any of our sending domains. Any message of that kind is sent without our permission and is not covered by this policy.
The domains we use to send our own business email are separate addresses of AS Mono Supplies Ltd and redirect to monosupplies.com.
If you receive unsolicited email that appears to come from us, or from someone using our name or domains, please tell us at anastasios@monosupplies.com and include the full message with its headers if you can. We will look into every report and stop any sending that we find is ours and does not follow this policy.
